Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Merci! to

✕Store or distribute content that is illegal where you or we operate - including CSAM (zero tolerance, reported to authorities), stolen data, or content that infringes copyrights or trademarks you don't hold.

✕Distribute malware, phishing kits, or operate command-and-control infrastructure.

✕Harass, dox, or threaten people - including using share links to spread private information about others without consent.

✕Abuse infrastructure - reselling storage, using Merci! as a public CDN or media-streaming backend, crypto mining via preview generation, or automated scraping of shared links.

✕Circumvent security - probing other accounts, bypassing quotas, or interfering with the Service's operation. Send suspected vulnerabilities to security@merci.0x12.eu without accessing another person's data.

How enforcement works

We do not proactively inspect private file contents. Enforcement starts from abuse reports and valid legal notices concerning shared links. Depending on the circumstances, we may disable a link, restrict sharing or suspend an account as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. If an action affects your account, contact abuse@merci.0x12.eu with the relevant details.

Reporting abuse

Every shared-link page has a report link, or you can write to abuse@merci.0x12.eu. Include the shared URL and enough context to identify the issue. Copyright and other legal notices sent there are handled under applicable law.
