Billing & storage

1. 1Your account receives the free quota available when it is created. That quota stays attached to the account.
2. 2Paid tiers add storage to that free quota; they do not unlock separate features.
3. 3Billing is monthly only, with no annual commitment.

1. 1Add 5 GB for €2.99 per month.
2. 2Add 10 GB for €4.99 per month.
3. 3Add 25 GB for €9.99 per month.
4. 4Add 100 GB for €19.99 per month.
5. 5Add 250 GB for €29.99 per month.
6. 6Add 1 TB for €49.99 per month.

1. 1Choose or switch storage from Settings → Billing; your quota grows as soon as payment clears.
2. 2Cancel from “Manage billing”; the storage addition remains active until the end of the current month.
3. 3After cancellation, your account returns to its original free quota. Files are never deleted; uploads pause only while you are over that quota.

1. 1Open Settings → Billing → “Manage billing” to reach your billing portal.
2. 2Every invoice is there to view or download as PDF, with your billing details on it.

Refund requests are handled under the statutory rights that apply to the customer and the rules of the payment provider. Contact support with the invoice details.

Every account gets the same sync, sharing, backup, versioning and security features. Only the amount of storage changes.
